The "Requiem" will be performed by the Pennsbury High School Concert Choir under the direction of guest conductor Dr. Joseph Flummerfelt.  Mr. Eric Plutz, University Organist at Princeton University,  will serve as the organ accompanist.  The guest soloists are Kathryn Thomas Moyer, soprano and Daniel J. Shigo, baritone.  Both Mrs. Moyer and Mr. Shigo were soloists in the Faure "Requiem" under Dr. Flummerfelt 28 years ago for a performance in the Spoleto Duomo as part of the 1985 Festival dei dui mondi in Spoleto, Italy. Dr. Flummerfelt will be spending time working with and rehearsing the Pennsbury High School Concert Choir in preparation for the performance.

The guest soloists will present a Master Class for young singers on Thursday, November 14th to the Pennsbury vocal music students.
