Christmas Concert with Collegium Singers under Director Peter Leech - A French Christmas - JOYEUX NOEL!
A feast of French Christmas music from the Renaissance to the present day at St John the Baptist Church, High Street, Wellington, Somerset. TA21 8QY

Join Collegium Singers as we explore the rich tradition of French Christmas music, ranging from the sublime Renaissance motets of Mouton and Goudimel through to Charpentier's Midnight Mass and the evocative, spine-tingling works of Poulenc.

For this programme we will be joined by accomplished harpist Emily Mullins, and as usual there will be carols for the audience. Our Christmas concerts are increasingly popular so don't miss this musical feast with a relaxed, informative and entertaining atmosphere.
Peter Leech will give a pre-concert talk at 7 pm.
