Women's and Mixed...contemporary repertoire?

This past fall the University of Portland (Oregon) University Singers (SATB) combined with the University of Portland's Women's Chorale on a memorable performance of Carol Barnett's, "Dance of Zálongo".  We'd like to collaborate again this spring and are interested in repertoire recommendations from the ChoralNet community.   We're particularly interested in more recent compositions (1980-on).  Thoughts...ideas...recommendations?

Thanks,

Steve,

I would be happy to send you a copy of Two Love Songs by William Blake: "Never Seek to Tell Thy Love" and "The Garden of Love" both copyrighted 2005.  Hope that you are doing well.

Hello Steve,

Maybe one of these two would work for your program:

"Szymborska" for women's ensemble a cappella (2013): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rBtovGPdr7U
"Whom My Soul Loveth" for cello and SSAATB choir (2009): https://soundcloud.com/gilad-hochman/whom-my-soul-loveth-gilad-hochman

Best,
Gilad Hochman
