Date: January 2, 2014
12th Venezia in Musica, Venice, Italy, April 30 - May 4, 2014
The deadline for applications has been extended until January 15, 2014!
After a series of successful "Venezia in Musica" festivals, our organizing team is happy to invite you to the 12th Venezia in Musica – International Choir Competition & Festival.
The Artistic Committee of such renowned choral experts as M° Aurelio Porfiri and M° Battista Pradal together with M° Gábor Hollerung
guarantee the high artistic niveau of the competition.
The international choir competition with its wide range of categories for different standards, types of choirs and musical genres offers every choir the opportunity to present its current qualities on the international stage.
The category winners and other choirs, selected by the jury, will present their skills again when singing for the best evaluation in the Grand Prize Competition. The winner of this competition receives the “Venezia in Musica 2014” Grand Prize endowed with 2.000,‐ EUR. New for our upcoming event in 2014: a new host for the competition in the picturesque town of Caorle, often called “Little Venice” with of its narrow alleys, bell towers and houses painted in the typical Venetian colors.
We warmly invite all the choirs to meet music and join us between April 30 - May 4, 2014 to celebrate a great festival of choral music in Venice and Caorle. Benvinuto!
