Want to find two 40-year-old sacred anthems (children?)

Please, help! Looking for 2 sacred choral pieces from 1965-1972. I remember them as a young teen. Have some of the lyrics & notes:
  • "There were ten lepers close by the road, bent and crooked like swollen toads. . . .'Have mercy, mercy,' their constant cry. All turned away, all passed them by."
  • "His voice as the sound of the dulcimer sweet is heard thru the shadows of death. The cedars of Lebanon bow at his feet, the air is perfumed by his breath." The underlined syllables in the arrangement I'm seeking are staccato.
Many thanks.

"His Voice as the Sound"  arr. Shaw/Parker; Alfred Publishing Co., Inc.; copyright 1961 Lawson-Gould Music Publishers, Inc.  JWPepper #4811675 (backorder).  I also learned this as a teen!  Sorry I don't know the one about the lepers.
