Princeton Festival Choral Master Class

The Princeton Festival announces its 2014 Choral Conducting Master Class with Dr. Jan Harrington, Chancellor's Professor Emeritus at Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. This 6-day professional choral conducting master class (June 23-28, 2014) is open to choral conductors and auditors by application. The master class will offer technical instruction, practical rehearsal strategies, choral warm-up ideas, as well as seminars on performance issues, score study, and preparation. Conductors will participate in daily conducting master class sessions with Dr. Jan Harrington and each conductor will conduct the Festival chorus twice daily. The master class will culminate in a public performance led by the participant conductors.
