Finale 2014 Worth The Update?

I'm thinking about updating to Fianle 2014.
Has anyone taken the plunge?
What do you think?
I'm coming from 2012.

If you're upgrading from the most recent version, maybe not.
If you have a relatively slow computer, yes.
2014 seems to run faster than did previous versions, BUT the one drawback I've seen is that it takes a lot longer to load instruments for playback.
Also, the ScoreMerger feature still doesn't work for me.

One great feature is that Finale 2014 accepts .mus imports, so those with Finale 2014 can receive other people's Finale files without having to convert; likewise I can send .mus files just as they are to those with Finale 2014. Great for (some?) composers/publishers!

After a totally futile, frustrating, time-consuming effort to make GPO4 work with Sibelius 6.2 a few months ago (in a desperate attempt to improve instrument playback and create better mp3s to upload to SoundCloud and elsewhere), I finally gave up the fight, took the plunge, and recently purchased Finale 2014 because of their special sales price of $135 (I think that's what it was) for people switching from another notation program like Sibelius.  (I've been annoyed at AVID for quite some time, and refused to update to Sib 7 and re-learn how to input everything with no clear benefit from doing so.)
I'm just hoping that I made a good decision, and hoping that I can learn to use Finale relatively quickly.  Doesn't really answer your question, though.  I mostly just wanted to check in and say hi and wish you good luck making your own decision.

It's not hugely difficult so far, although there are some issues with typesetting - I can't work out how to stop measures resizing themselves (have turned off all the obvious options) and have to do a lot of things manually. I only installed it this week though, so I'm still working on it. Nothing has yet been hugely better than Finale 2010 though.
