Celebrate Vaughan Williams’ thrilling cantata Dona Nobis Pacem this spring at world-renowned Carnegie Hall on Monday, April 21 at 8:00pm. Revel in the gorgeous melodies and prayerful text in this wonderfully complex cantata, conducted by Guest Conductor James Rodde. Performed by the Masterworks Festival Chorus and prominent soloists, with the full forces of the all-professional New York City Chamber Orchestra.
Manhattan Concert Productions also presents an exciting array of choral classics, including How Can I Keep from Singing, Dickau’s If Music Be the Food of Love, and the traditional spiritual My Soul’s Been Anchored in the Lord, all under esteemed Guest Conductors Julie Yu and Joshua Oppenheim, with the National Festival Chorus.
