Week I   July 7-11, 2014:  J. S. Bach:  The Motets
  
Craig Hella Johnson, Conspirare, Vocal Arts Ensemble
William Weinert, Eastman School of Music
 
Conducting, analysis, historical context, rehearsal technique, and performance issues.   Repertoire will include all of the Bach motets.  Limited to 14 conductors.  Each participant will rehearse Voices, the professional choir in residence.
 
 
Week II   July 14-18, 2014:  Choral Artistry:  Conducting, Vocal Pedagogy, Dalcroze Eurhythmics

Monica Dale, Musikinesis
 
 
Daily sessions in conducting, practical vocal pedagogy, and Dalcroze Eurhythmics for conductors.  Limited to 14 conductors.  Each participant will rehearse Voices, the professional choir in residence.
