Singing in French

I have 2 choristers attending the famed NYC Girls Course at ST. Thomas Church in NYC this summer.    Among the many works they are doing is the Faure Cantique de Jean Racine.    I have never attempted that work in French with my choir and that is the language they will have to use.   I have never attempted to teach French Phonics, much less did I ever take French in any school or college.    I am not finding any on-line sources to help me in this quest, or I am not using the proper search words but I would appreciate some help so that I can prepare my choristers properly.     Many Thanks....   Kevin G.
