Recently retired Professor of Choral Studies and Conducting, Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama USA. and conductor of the Samford University A Cappella Choir.  After 34 years on the Samford faculty, Tim Banks now enjoys his retiree status at the University, while working in the music festivals business through Landmark Tour & Travel / Landmark Music Festivals; also free-lancing in all of the areas of the music world.
