A native of Roanoke, Virginia, Brittany Ann Montoro earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music Composition Summa Cum Laude ifrom Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, Virginia. She studied piano under Esther Olin, Scott Zane Smith, Emily Chua, and Noemi Otto, organ under F. Johnson Scott, III, and composition under Jong Kim and Raymond Weidner. Ms. Montoro completed her Master of Music in Sacred Music with honors and distinction at Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey where she studied organ with world renowned organist Ken Cowan and conducting with Joe Miller, James Jordan, and Steve Pilkington. Brittany is the organist and choir director of the First United Methodist Church in Freehold, New Jersey, piano and voice instructor at the Branchburg School of Music in Branchburg and Laurel School of Princeton, New Jersey, and the High School Choral Director at Conwell-Egan Catholic High School in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. Recently, she has been appointed as Chorusmaster for Boheme Opera Company in Central New Jersey.
