Currently the Director of Music at First Congregational Church in Granby and the Connecticut Yankee Chorale in Torrington, Connecticut, Jerron has seven years of conducting experience at the collegiate and professional level under the tutelage of a host of outstanding educators and conductors. Throughout his undergraduate and graduate degrees, Jerron held posts as assistant conductor for the Scottsdale Choral Artists, Faith Presbyterian Church, Dakota Men's Ensemble, and St. Thomas More Catholic Church, as well as the South Dakota State University's Statesment, Madrigal Singers, and Concert Choir. His experience at SDSU culminated with having the honor of conducting the combined choirs of SDSU in performances of the 2009 Christmasse Madrigal Feaste as well as conducting the Concert Choir in a number of Germany and Austria's beautiful cathedrals and performance halls on their European tour in the summer of 2010.
In addition to his current and previous conducting posts, Jerron is currently pursuing doctoral studies at The Hartt School, where he is also an Adjunct Instructor of Voice.
