About the Jameson Singers
The Jameson Singers is a mixed choral ensemble formed in the fall of 2010, by Jameson Marvin, former Director of Choral Activities at Harvard University (1978-2010). This 60-voice choir is comprised of amateur singer-musicians, many of whom are Dr. Marvin’s former students.
The Jameson Singers is open by audition to Boston area singers who have choral/vocal experience and quick musicianship. We offer two concerts per year, spanning choral literature from the 15th through the 21st centuries, sacred and secular, a cappella and choral orchestral.
