Wide-ranging and extensive repertoire, spanning from medieval to our own times, working with a variety of different instrument combinations, having a special interest for works undeservedly ”forgotten” like for ex.: WOMEN COMPOSERS Through The Ages.
Studies from Greece (Thessaloniki State Conservatory), London, (Guildhall School of Music and Drama) and Oslo (Østlandets Musikkonservatorium og State Opera Academy).
Singer Debut recital in 1979 to excellent reviews, and ever since then, she has had numerous radio recordings and TV appearances in Norway, in England, in Holland, in Greece etc., as well as LP and CD recordings, participation in opera performances, concerts and concert-tours all over Norway, and in International Music Festivals in Norway, Greece, England, Israel, Latvia, Holland etc.
A very active choral conductor, both on a permanent basis as well as visiting conductor at seminars all over Norway.
Long-time practice as an early music performer, presenting several norwegian premieres both as a singer and as a conductor.
She has received excellent reviews for her work.
She has received the Nesodden Municipality Culture Price in 2008.
Composer- debut in 2007 with several performances of her works in Norway and in Greece since then.
