Chuck is organist at Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Webster Groves, Missouri. His ‘day job” is at MorningStar Music Publishers in St. Louis. He taught public school choral music for 28 years in Ohio after having studied choral music education, organ, and composition at the College-Conservatory of Music, University of Cincinnati. Chuck has handbell, choral, and brass music published by the American Guild of English Handbell Ringers and MorningStar Music Publishers, and has written works on commission for churches in Ohio, Florida, Georgia, and New York, as well as for the bell choir of the University of Southern Mississippi and the Cincinnati Brass Band. He has studied harp with Ulrike Brinksmeier at the Cincinnati Conservatory and with Ayako Watanabe in St. Louis. Chuck is also the immediate past Dean of the St. Louis Chapter of the American Guild of Organists.
