PROFILE

Teaching in Public and Private Schools continues to be a wonderful career and life- style. In 2009, I graduated from GA State University with a Master of Music in Cho- ral Conducting. As a Georgia Certified Educator, I am fortunate to motivate stu- dents in the choral and instrumental fields. My objective is to continue to inspire the lives of our youth through the awesome power of music.

 

EXPERIENCE

Chorus/Guitar/Musicals Teacher 2009- Present

Pickens County Middle School Jasper, GA Teach Middle School Chorus and Guitar to more than 150 students; Direct and Produce annual musicals such as Aladdin and Beauty and the Beast Jr.; Schedule four concerts each school year; Attend GMEA and other specialized music confer- ences; Participate in All-State, LGPE and other competitions such as High Note; Plan and rehearse music of all styles from GLEE to Gregorian Chant
