Six Degree Singers welcomes you to our next concert series “All the World’s a Stage” on June 3 and 4, 2017. For 400 years, William Shakespeare’s beloved words have been set to choral music or have inspired original pieces and adaptations. We will be featuring some of our favorites such as Vaughan Williams’ “Three Elizabethan Part Songs” and Jaakko Mäntyjärvi’s “Four Shakespeare Songs.” We are also proud to present the world premiere of David Arbury’s “Heir Apparent” and the winner of our fifth Young Composers Competition. And as always, look out for extra surprises like our very own singers acting out samples of their favorite Shakespeare plays! We hope you love it as much as we do!”
