Graduated in Organ, Choral Direction, graduated and post-graduated in Composition at the Conservatories “G. Verdi” in Milan and “L. Marenzio” of Brescia, later followed organ masterclasses in Toulouse with M. Bouvard and studied organ improvisation for two years in Lyon with F. Vaudray.
He attended Choral Conducting masters in Italy with Mario Mora, Gary Graden and Peter Neumann.
In the 2004-2006 and 2008 years, attended the EUROPEAN SEMINAR FOR YOUNG COMPOSERS, hosted by FENIARCO and EUROPA CANTAT in Aosta, with Jakko Mäntyjärvi and Vic Nees.
He has composed numerous pieces for mixed voices, children’s choirs, orchestra, voice and piano and soundtracks for short films.
In 2006 his composition “Gorgée” wins the first prize at 3th International Competition of Choral Composition “C. A. Seghizzi” 2006 in Gorizia.
He studies always “the voice” and its properties, now he’s teaching choral music in various school. He had conducting the children’s choir “La Petite Maitrise” who participated to several concerts, recordings and choral festivals. Now directs the children’s choir Pueri Cantores Gli Usignoli with whom he performed at festivals and concerts in several Italian cities.
He plays, every year, several organ concerts also in organ improvisation. He also had played the organ and harpsichord for various orchestras, as well as being a soloist.
In 2006 he recorded a CD in improvisation: “Two organ mass in improvisation”, a symphonic musical trip on the melodies of the Christmas ambrosians carols. Now is available his CD: “L’Organo in Italia dalla Toccata alla Sinfonia” recorded at Serassi Organ 1797 in Averara-Bergamo (Italy). Since 2010 he is the artistic director of the Organ Series: “Autunno Organistico Pavese”.
