Bass/Baritone Choral singer, Atlanta and Athens, Georgia USA, with a background in early music. Sang under direction of Robert Shaw in the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Chorus. Was a member of the University of Georgia Men’s Glee Club, directed by Dr. Pierce Arant in Athens, and the Athens early music ensemble, Voix Fort Cleres, directed by David Schiller. Also sang with the University Collegium Musicum. Sometime singer of traditional church service music at St. Stephens Anglican Church in Athens, Georgia during the 1980’s. An amateur composer of choral music.
Currrently sings with Atlanta choir, Chorale II, founded by Dr. James McRaney. Also is a folk musician playing a variety of instruments, and was particularly active in Athens, Georgia, especially in the Irish folk group, Blackwater, led by Uilleann piper James Dunning. Also performed with the Athens, Georgia Bluegrass group, Southern Crescent.
