Andrew Cumbow is a choral director and composer who currently lives in Daytona Beach Florida, where his wife, Glory, serves as a Minister of World and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church (USA). Previously, Mr. Cumbow had lived in the Greater Atlanta Area, where he served as Director of Music Ministries for Westminster Presbyterian Church of Snellville, Ga, and well as choral director at Peachtree Charter Middle School in Atlanta.
Andrew earned his Master of Music in Choral Conducting with Emphasis in Church music from Mercer University, and his Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance and Choral Music Education from King University in Bristol Tennessee. He also has earned a Level One Kodaly Certification from James Madison University.
Andrew is the owner of Canticum Novum Music Publishing, a small publishing company specializing in quality, accessible works for church music ministries. Canticum Novum releases a small selection of works from newer, young composers two or three times a year.
